Privacy notice

How SYSMANTECH uses the details you share on this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect only what the form asks for: usually your name, mobile number and preferred branch, plus details about your enquiry. For business enquiries we may also ask for your company name and, optionally, a work email.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to that enquiry: to call or message you, arrange a demo or visit, or handle a service request. The branch you choose and our central team can see your enquiry. We do not sell your details.

Location

If you choose “Use my location”, your browser shares your approximate position with this page so we can sort branches by distance. It is kept in your browser and is not sent to us with your enquiry.

Analytics

We count actions such as store searches and clicks on Call, WhatsApp or Directions to understand which pages help customers. These counts never include your name, phone number, email or messages.

Keeping and deleting your details

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us through any branch.
